“Had a frustrating experience shopping here today. I came on my lunch break to get an item that was listed in the flyer but was told It wasn't prepared.
Upon speaking to the manager on duty, she went above and beyond. She not only explained what happened but she went and had it made and DELIVERED it to me at work so I didn't miss my lunch!!
100% will be back again. As someone who works in customer service, this situation was handled with such care and dedication and in a manner that made your company look good.
Please reward this amazing lady for her hard work and dedication to customer care. I can't thank her enough!!!
I believe her name is Jennifer.”
“Love this grocery store. Friendly helpful staff & a wide range of products. We prefer to drive here from Crossfield to shop as opposed to heading south to Airdre.
Thanks to everyone !!”
“Literally the only bread my son will eat, his autism makes him very sensitive and picky. Their baked in store Bakery Bread is the best. Produce and meats are top notch compared to other grocery stores.”
“Proces are a bit high for some products, but if you keep an eye on the flyers you can get some deals here and there. This store doesn't carry large bulk sizes, so not a great place for the big monthly stock up, but an excellent place for a quick run when you need a few things.Very clean and bright store, with friendly staff.”
“I do love this store and have shopped here from before it was Buy-Low ,and will continue as it morphs into SAVE ON FOODS ! The family that owns this store is awesome, helpful and possess the small town welcomeness that we all enjoy and appreciate. I have seen people online talking about the prices ect but I will be the first to defend these guys . I understand they are not the cheapest place to shop no ,however they do have a great selection of products and a points programs. I have found items here that I have had problems finding anywhere else local. Also your in a small town you can't expect the same prices as in the city ,and if you do then your in the wrong place ,please feel free to go back to the rat race .I love Didsbury and wouldn't change the few things I could chose to wine about for the nightmare that comes with any of the " convenience " of the city .
Good luck in your transformation to Save On Food and keep up the great services!”
