This place is a typical small town laundromat , it's small OK hours but ,WOW expensive!! 6.00 -12.00 to a load of wash !!! Not sure what it was To dry as I have a great working washer at home ! The change machine wasn't working so had to go to the gas station 4 doors down ,super inconvenient but you gotta do what you gotta do !Then the change I got from the store wouldn't work either in the machine ,well WTH ?!Lucky for me the nice man that was also doing laundry had extra change so I didn't have to run back to the gas station!I won't go back because of the ridiculous price to do washing there as I checked other prices in neighborhood towns and yes infact they are more costly .

Clean facility & nice machines. Larger capacity available. Was not busy when I went. Was waiting on delivery of my new washer/dryer and was very grateful to have this service in town. Reasonable price coin machines. Very friendly staff who went above and beyond to help me & every other customer who came through while I was there.

Small Laundromat but I didn't have to wait either time I visited. Coin machine available. Clean. Apparently it has a public washroom but it is out of order.

Nice place to do laundry however whoever stole my boot liners that was nice of you I guess - don’t leave your stuff behind because someone will rob your belongings.I don’t see why that would go missing they specifically fit in my Baffin winter boots - the words I have for you I can’t say on here ?

This place and the staff are great. I needed my jacket sooner than expected for work and they rushed finished my repair on their own accord. Good pricing as well. Highly recommend.

We had a sewer back up at our business, and we do large amounts of laundry daily, we could not use our washer. I called Didsbury Laundromat, and was told my laundry can be dropped off that day, and have it back the next day, washed and folded. It saved us for sure. I would use them again for sure!!

DAMAGED MY PRODUCT!!!!!!! I bought a queen quilt for $150 and paid them $32 to dry clean it. I came once before and everything turned out perfectly. It was a furry blanket and they must’ve put it in the dryer, because all the hair had been shrivelled down and ruined. They would not give me back the dry cleaning cost and they would not give me back money for damaging it.“Dry cleaners are legally required to take 'reasonable' care of anything left with them. You can claim compensation if your belongings are damaged or lost while in their care. Even if the dry cleaning company has a sign or notice saying they aren't responsible for items left with them, this isn't necessarily true.”

I cannot say how happy I am with the service here. Never been to a laundromat before and the gal helped me with every step! She even put my massive blanket into the cool big washer. No issues! She even switched my blankets over to dry. Came back from groceries and they were all done ready to go! I will for sure be coming back! Thank you.
