Was just trying to change insurance to BlueCross Crystal was put out by the fact that I didn't know I should have my own number with BlueCross. I then asked if they could fax the rest of my prescription to a different store as I was told they would but instead she said that I had to get the pharmacy to call them wasting everyone's time with a bad attitude the whole time to boot. one bad apple is all it takes

If the ER is open until 10 pm you'd think the pharmacy right across the Street would stay open til 10 like the Leduc Rexall. Very inconvenient getting a prescription and you can't get it filled bf going home.

PEOPLE WORKING AT THIER PHARMACY NOT WEARING MASKS AT THE HEIGHT OF THE PANDEMIC. When I asked why a woman working behind the pharmacy counter told me she was claustrophobic and chuckled. A pharmacy employee! Do not trust these people with your health. I am floored by the reckless behaviour at a PHARMACY.

UPDATE - Pharmacy manager was much more helpful.Pharmacy service very disappointing. After trying to schedule Covid travel testing online and the website not finding the Devon pharmacy I called and got the Pharmacy Assistant. When I asked if she could help she said no it had to be done online. I told her the difficulties I had and asked if that is a common issue and the response was "yes". I asked for a work around and she just said there is none.

Very poor Pharmacy service. Prescription dropped off , "when would you like it "? "Tommorrow please". I go in at 4pm next day. "Not done". I ask how long ? 10 minutes was the reply, around the store I stroll for 20 mins, return, still not done, she says another 10 mins, so I wait around. 15 mins I go back, still not done. At 45 mins I'm becoming rather agitated, and state, "This is not going to happen, give me back the prescription and I'll go elsewhere. Immediately she produces completed tray and informs me that it has to be looked over. I sarcastically reply, "another 10 mins eh"? Which actually wasn't that far out when she re-appears with the order. I take a close look and 1 item is missing, off she goes for a contretemps with her colleague and returns with the final item, then patronisingly wishes me a good day !! Some re-training in time estimation and customer communication required here me-thinks, in the meantime I'll be seeking other suppliersFurther on from my review. I would have to say 2 years on that they have much improved and I have now happily returned.

Going to Recall has just been a Godsend for the residents of Discovery Place. It's the place that makes them feel like people again. It is clean and friendly. I enjoy the guilt-free deep discounted treats. If there is a square inch in my freezer, I fill it with M&M frozen foods. Happy staff! It's where I buy my lotto tickets and gift cards.

Went in with an emergency . Needed a refill for my daughters inhaler that she left at daycare. Didn’t have any more refills left and they made an exception. They were so kind and so helpful. I cannot express how much it meant to me and obviously my daughter. Thanks so much!
