BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!We bought a deodorant spray for our pets at the Leduc location and went to get a refund or credit as we wanted a better/different spray and the man refused to give us an exchange or credit because wr lost our receipt!We have been stopping at pet value at many locations over the years for our dog and cat food/accessories for many years and we have never had a problem getting a refund/credit with a treat or item our pet didn’t like until now!!!We will not be shopping at pet value again or recommending pet value to anyone ever again!!! So disappointed in there customer service at the Devon location!!!

I like Pet Valu. I buy my RAW dog food there. But they are quite over priced with items. The 12 inch bully bones I buy are $18.00 each. You can buy them on Amazon for $7 each. A package of 10 on Amazon is $71. To buy 10 bulk at Pet Valu would be $180. I cannot support being ripped off. I will keep buying my RAW diet there but not treats.

I take my dog here for baths, mostly but the staff have always been phenomenal. Usually a pretty young bunch but they're always engaging & helpful. Definitely my favorite Per Valu to visit around here.My only complaint is the dryer in the bath area blows cold. It takes forever to get my dog even mostly dry and by that time we've both have had enough. Just wish it blew even mildly warm air to make the drying process a little more tolerable for us both.

Stopped in to purchase one of the Christmas onsie that were on clearance for 50% off. The tag on an xxs Christmas piece showed $24.99. I asked the girl working if this was the sale price. She peeled off the sticker to check and the original tag said $19.99. She offered to sell it to me for $19.99. If the original price is $19.99 shown on the item, shouldn't I be getting 50% off of that price on sale?

Great service here. Very willing to help out and they will even try bring in products they may not stock if you request them. Dog wash station is clean with shampoo and conditioner to use.

My wife and I have been coming to this pet valu for the last year or so for dog food and dog washes! Always a great experience. We went last week on a Sunday around 4:30 to wash our dogs and we were informed that the dog washes were unavailable although there was someone using the wash because the employee needed to clean the "entire store" before closing at 6pm. Not overly impressed with this experience. If this is a new policy I would suggest posting something so that customers are aware the dog wash becomes unavailable at certain times. PS it shouldn't take one hour and a half to mop a small store.

Can't say thank you enough to the staff at Pet Valu in Devon! The store was clean and well stocked, and the pet washing area was very clean and ready for our dog after a messy day at the river. The store had been very busy at the washing area, and staff were amazing with how quickly and efficiently they made the area ready for the next dog... and only $10 for the wash, with shampoo, conditioner, towels, etc. Thank you!!!
