Dropped in looking for a piece of glass offcut I could use as a palette for block printing. Really helpful staff, kind enough to round the edges a bit for me as well.
Also have a great little collection of antiques in the front, will have to go back and have more of a look through.

I had a great experience. I had my car washed at bubbles a few days before and they knocked my rear view mirror off. I made an appointment to have it reattached but had to wait until the weather got nicer than -35. I arrived on schedule, they did the work, and I was back on the road again in 45 minutes.

We have had some really great work done by Terry and his crew. Everything from repairing/replacing windshields to replacing windows in our home. Terry checks over the work of his employees, sometimes touching up something they've missed. He has an eye for perfection.
My last experience however totally pissed me right off. We needed a back door replaced on our house. It took quite a while for him to come around and look at it. He was supposed to be giving me a quote about a year ago. When I called asking when we would receive the quote, there was the excuse that "his guy hadn't got back to him," That was the excuse for 2 times. I finally gave up asking and he's never called. So much for supporting local businesses.
I just had Window mart here yesterday installing a new door/ trim. Very impressed! Really reasonable prices.
By the way. I never try to bargain with these guys or Terry on pricing. I think they're worth every penny.
Just really disappointed that Terry never had the courtesy to tell me he could'nt/didn't want to do the job. I would've respected him for his honesty.

When we called to book an appointment for the company I work for we were told there would NEVER be a technician available to help us. Very RUDE, arrogant, and terrible customer service. This business will not thrive or grow. Would give a minus star if I could.

Very friendly, ordered in windshield glass for me, got it done quickly.
My windshield wipers are different sizes on my car and they were put on backwards after. Not a big deal, 2 bolts and that was fixed.
I'd go back.
