My husband ordered a custom ring that was beautiful however they made it to small so we brought in to resize, they did but they totally ruined it. Instead of cutting at the back they stretch out the row of stones at the front so now the front is thinner than the back of the ring and the stone spacing is uneven and all I can see is random gaps between the stone. On top they messed up the sizing again making it more bigger than was requested. It is also uneven now throughout the whole ring. Called them, they said bring it but right after they changed their hours so it is impossible to get there when they only work 2 - 3 days week with limited hours. Disappointed. Frankly not even sure what they can do to fix it without melting it down and redo

A very disappointing experience. While the initial contact and consultation went well, after that things went downhill. When I went to pick up my piece, they had changed the design agreed upon, with a fair reason, but I felt a little bulldozed into a different look with no warning. Despite that, it became one of my favourite pieces and I took excellent care of it. Less than a year of regular use and I found that the stone had chipped. When I contacted them regarding warranty and repair, they took weeks to even respond to me. When they did respond, they said that they don't cover chipped gems, something I think is a pretty common practice to cover in the industry. Disappointed, I inquired about cost to repair. I exchanged a few emails with them and provided some information so they could give me a quote. Over a month later and I still have not heard anything from them. If you shop here, just hope nothing goes wrong.
