One minute after close and the gas receipt didn't print. Goof counting the cash wouldn't help me just waved me away. Worst customer service ever

I go to kimmer about once or twice every two weeks. Usually, it’s the old man serving me. He can be rude at some points. One time he was acting like he didn’t understand when this one guy was saying that the gas pumper was broken and just wanted to get money out of that guy. He also scans things twice and acts like he didn’t so he can get extra money. He also throws bags at you when you ask for them. I also sometimes have this older lady that served me, I decided to go to look around to see what they have for snacks, then I only 5ook about 5 mins to choose something, and the lady was mopping and she was yelling at me to move out of the way. Not very good employees. I also had a younger guy serving me and he got very upset and had a meltdown because I was 3 cents off for a item. Some other guy paid the 3 cents and then he was saying no and getting mad at the other guy.

Really need to get new staff. The elderly gentleman that served us tonight literally yelled at me telling me he’s not serving ice cream. Then when I tried to pay he started taking people behind me, the guy behind me had to argue with him to let me pay. Honestly felt like I was in the twilight zone and I had personally harmed this man in a past life or something. Everyone in the line was looking at him strangely as he completely ignored me. Will be going to the pizza place for ice cream moving forward

If I could a give zero star I would. The gentleman cashier working Thursday May 25th evening is the rudest person I have ever encountered working at a retail business. I wash my car there and buy snacks, lottery tickets etc there. Never again. He is so ignorant it’s almost laughable. I asked for a bag for the ten items I bought and he threw it at me and wouldn’t even offer to bag it.As I was bagging my snacks, another customer wanted to purchase some cigarettes and the cashier argued with him because he (the cashier) didn’t understand what brand he was asking for. We just looked at each other and left. Good luck Kimmer Market if you continue to employ this person, I have had more than one incident with this guy and it’s unacceptable in a retail service oriented business. I will spread the word of the misconduct of this person and the service your business provides as long as you employ people like him.

Really nice staff and nice place! Not sure why everyone complains about this store as I thought it was fine. The front counter lady even gave us a free chocolate bar as a thanks.

Words cannot explain how terrible the staff are here. So so so rude. The case of coke I put on the counter was ripped. I wanted to exchange and only noticed it after I paid. Would not refund my money or let me exchange. The product was defective before I bought it, I just didn’t notice. All she could say was “your fault.” Unreal.

The last hunger of the water hose is broken so you can’t move around. The drainage doesn’t work well so full of water on the ground.

I wish I could give this zero stars. I have been a couple times and thought maybe something was off (out of soap) so I gave it another try today. Car wash is a waste of time. When it’s not broken down, the ‘soap’ they use does not take any road grime off. If you want a clean vehicle go somewhere else.

A lot of their products are over priced and the staff are extremely rude. You can be super friendly and they will just ignore you.

Like others have pointed out, the staff here are rude, cold, inconsiderate and generally unpleasant to deal with. Once, asking for change for the car wash, they didn't have enough in the drawer but insisted next time I return they'd give me the remainder -- the next time that never happened, they denied ever seeing me. The shelves are pretty sparsely stocked as well -- really only an 'emergency' type place.

Very rude cashier. One incident car washed did work and they didn’t want to give my money back. Would like to see this change of ownership so we can enjoy going there in the future.
