Extremely poor customer service.My wife and I went and used the car was a couple of weeks ago and in the middle of the wash our new windshield cracked across the entire width.While I understand that there are many factors at play and these things happen we went in and spoke with the staff.This is where the problems started. We were met with accusations of lying and were repeatedly told ”its not a big deal". We filled out a incident report and were sent on our way with instructions to call the manager the following day. My wife tried several times in the following days to contact the manager each time being told that they weren't there and to call back later. She did eventually manage to get a hold of the manager and was brushed off with "I'm busy with a customer I'll call you back"... We never heard back. We tried a couple more times and eventually gave up. All I really wanted was a refund for the carwash!There are many options in Cochrane for gas and carwash services. After this experience I will not be returning and I would strongly encourage others to do the same. Very disappointed with the lack of service and care.
