This 5☆ review is for my delivery/mail lady and not the post office. She's always friendly, happy, and just a very nice person to deal with. Which is pretty amazing! The amount and size/weight of packages she has to bring me a few times a week is enough to make me even feel bad and want to curse me under my breath! Haha, just joking, kinda.... but honestly, she's the best mail delivery lady I've ever had to deliver my mail, and same for her fill ins on her days off! Thanks for being so great, delivery ladies. I appreciate you 🥰

The lady with the short silver hair is very rude and I don't know why she still works there according to all the mean comments about her! Everything worked great until that mean woman started working there.

Post office located downtown Coaldale. The desk lady is very nice and friendly. Fast service. Not enough parking spaces. I recommend office. I go very often and never had any problem or mistreated by anyone.

What a miserable woman!!! Absolutely shameful customer service.. the woman with the short silver hair should not assist people for a living. Period!I will drive to Lethbridge from now on and recommend all others do too!Editing because apparently the company will forge fake reviews to counter bad ones... I was NOT the only Pearson in the building however I WAS the only customer. I would love to know how they'll claim or back up abuse...What a disgusting practice from this work place. More and more shameful everyday. Absolutely disgusting customer service. And this is how they back it up?? Willing to take this to corporate and see if there's is video outage on location if I need too!

The woman with the short silver hair is amazing. There was a gentleman who was extremely abusive to her because he wasn't getting his own way and she stood her ground. GOOD FOR HER!

Insisted my envelope would not fit lettermail without bothering to test it through the lettermail sizer. Drove to Lethbridge to mail the same envelope at a different Canada Post location and it fit lettermail no problem. Extremely disappointed. Poor customer service.

Customer service is ok but honestly this is the only post office I have ever been in that do not let you use basic supplies to close the box properly.

My passport had been lost or stolen, but someone returned it in a mailbox. I've gotten married since it was issued, and the naMe didn't match up to my current one. The ladies at the post office took time out of thier day to do a little detective work to find me and make sure that it was returned. They went above and beyond-and it is truly appreciated. Thank you!
