Shirley's customer service is the best!! She was very thorough by having me try different sizes on to make sure I had the best fit for the cowhide ankle boots I ordered. I'm glad I went to see her as I usually take a size 10 men's but after trying different ones, we discovered i actually needed a size 8! I had a great experience with Shirley today. I would definitely buy again from her.

I'm so beyond impressed, with everything! Ordered online a day ago and was luckily within the local deliver zone! Which incredibly meant free delivery. And was surprised to be notified it was delivered today! (On the weekend!) Super speedy for free delivery! The quality and designs of the products I purchased were absolutely gorgeous!! I almost don't want to use them but that would be a shame in itself. Everything was thoughtfully packaged and in perfect condition and I will be a repeat customer - perfect for gifting too!
