Nice place to shop for groceries and No Frills is still one of the more reasonably priced places to get groceries.

Well stocked, occasional surprise deals. Friendly staff. Unusually well stocked for a No Frills, as it's about 1/2 the size of a Superstore. Good produce selection.

Not as good as when the old owners were there. No prices on alot of items. Prices have gone up since the new owners took over.
