I didn’t check whether or not the winterizing is effective because it isn’t Spring yet. What I will comment on is when a customer says No, no means No. No, Megan, I did not want nor need help with backing my truck up to my trailer. I said it more than once. No, thank you, I need to learn. Out of nowhere, a male employee came out to ‘assist me’. It looks like you need some help, he says. No, thank you, I said. I can do it. Well, where’s your backup camera, he asks. I don’t have one, they’re only for men, I replied.
No means No.

I have had nothing but great sales and service from the team. Purchased our second RV from them this year!
Booked an appointment for Saturday drop off for check up before heading out of the province in 4 days on a trip and the camper is ready for pick up today.

I recently bought our new Prolite Classic from this dealer. The service that we received from the beginning was outstanding. It proved to me that this dealer promotes a team spirit in all areas of the operation. Special acknowledgement to all that helped us on the day we picked up our new unit.
