Rick's Automotive was a great experience. We, unfortunately, put unleaded in our diesel tank which required our tank and fuel lines to be drained and flushed and the filters replaced along with the fuel lines and filters for our generator. We were traveling from the US, so having such an awesome experience to correct our awful mistake while on the road was truly amazing. Rick's Automotive was kind enough to let us plug our motorhome in to keep our batteries charged and live on board while all the repairs were being completed. Many thanks to Rick, Chantai and crew for all your help. We truly appreciate everything you did for us. Thank you.

Prompt, courteous, and professional. Had a problem with the connector chord between my motor home and the Jeep I tow. Called at about 11 am and said bring it by at 1pm. Did so. In short order Rick diagnosed my problem and made the fix. All in less than an hour.
As we were just passing through this was a God send.

I have found it difficult to find reputable mechanic shops to the point where I have learned to do most of my own work. I don't have a garage anymore and winters are cold here so I took a chance and took my vehicle in here. I was thrilled that they were honest, knowledgeable and I had no problems with the work they did. I would definitely recommend them to anyone without hesitation. This is only the second shop in 30 years that I would recommended.

Had an excellent experience. Rick was very attentive and honest and took care of my vehicle, I had an excellent service with an unexpected problem I had along the way during my trip. This garage is Amazing!We live in Medicine Hat, and were at our seasonal campsite about 35 minutes from Cardston.Saturday morning my truck wouldn't start even after we got a new battery that Wednesday.Everything between Pincher Creek and Cardston was closed for the weekend.Come Monday morning I started calling garages in Pincher Creek. Nobody could help me.I called Ricky's. They said they could fit me in.I got my truck towed down and was waiting in the lobby and overheard the receptionist saying they were booking into July 11 (2 weeks out)I asked the owner how I got in so soon.He told me he always takes care of hisnoitnof town clients because he doesn't want anyone stranded out of town.This is high quality customer service. Thank you again for taking great care of us!
