Asked to have my more worn tires rotated to the front of my rear wheel drive vehicle and have two new tires put on the rear for winter. They didn’t want to and when I made them I heard crying over spilled milk in the shop because they had to do a little work because they didn’t get it right the first time.

Wouldn’t waste my time. Had my vehicle booked in for 3 weeks to get tires fitted on rims and a wheel alignment. When I got there they were so busy they wouldn’t take my car because I wasn’t buying there tires and would only do a wheel alignment on my old tires? Complete waste of time.

Absolute incompetence. Dropped my car off for a tire changeover, accepted the 24hr turnover since they were busy. Nobody ever mentioned anything about not accepting new tires. After 2 days of my car sitting on their lot, they call me to inform me that they won’t do a changeover since new tires bought elsewhere won’t be installed. I have co-piers having their tires changed at the same place, who didn’t buy their tires at an ok tire getting the job done. There is ZERO difference on installing rim on tire with a brand new tire vs a tire that’s been run for a season. The worst of the worst, zero care for anyone even after telling them i’m on summer tires and it’s very dangerous to use in the snow.

Travelling through and pressure light came on for right front. I walk with a cane and have trouble bending down so on a whim pulled in off the highway and asked for help inflating the tires. Drove away 5 minutes later with issue resolved thanks to Cody. What a wonderful, helpful guy. Thanks OK Tire! Im in town a few more days so if it comes back on and is leaking, you're the only place I'm going for a repair. Thank you.

Had a small nail puncture the tire of my rental car. Canadian tire was booked solid for a few days and enterprise didn't have any replacements. Ok tire got me in and out in 30 minutes and back to enjoying our vacation. Great service, thanks again!

Our boat trailer blew a tire on the way to BC and they were able to get us in that day! They had 3 spares in stock, which we ended up asking them to install! 4 hours later we were back on the road for our camping trip. Couldn't have been happier with the expeditious service! Thank you OK TIRE!

Ended up here after a slow leak turned into sidewall damage (and, as a result of having an AWD vehicle + this being the last season on my summer tires, had to replace all four). I was on a very long road trip and the sidewall damage was discovered around 2pm; my next lodging reservation was in Revelstoke the same evening so timing was of the essence. They had my tire size in stock and were able to have me seen and back on the road within 2 hours. They honored my judgment on the best tires for my needs and didn't try to upsell me. So friendly and so helpful, this SAVED a trip of a lifetime. Thank you, Michelle and friends!!!

I had a flat tire. I put on the spare and got to OK Tire 15 minutes before closing at 5 pm. They generously agreed to take the car. The tire was repaired, and the car was ready in 20 minutes. They did an expert job. I am so grateful to them for the speedy service at the end of the day. Thank you!

We brought our vehicle into OK Tire to repair a damaged tire. They refused to patched the tire and advised it wasn't fixable. OK Tire advised that they would not sell us a tire unless we bought four new tires. They quoted us ~$1,000 to replace all four tires. They had also gave us back a broken wheel lock nut key.
Village Honda in Calgary just fixed the issue for $32.

We had a flat tire on the last night of our stay in Kananaskis, and Michelle at the front desk was incredibly helpful. We arrived before the shop opened, and she patiently walked us through all our options. She even took the time to call around to other shops to find the right tire for us. Her assistance made a stressful situation much easier.
