Not only did about 20 people comment 'go to Rudi!' but several people actually DM'ed me long messages personally vouching for Rudi and his team. So easy choice, clearly!When I arrived at his studio I found a sweet little top floor studio with a reception area, display cabinets and working benches. Rudi's work is on display and his staff greeted me warmly.Not only did Rudi inspect my pieces with care, he repaired them within 48 hours and charged me a fraction of what other places would. Truly... a fraction. They fixed a solid 14k gold clasp and resized a watch, cleaning both meticulously without me asking.In a town where small businesses are being pushed out, this experience was so refreshing. I can't remember the last time I wasn't charged inflated prices for a service because, well, Canmore is simply unaffordable for both local business owners and residents alike. Rudi commented that he keeps services as affordable as he can to keep the spirit of jewelry and repair alive.I highly recommend this studio for all your jewelry needs! Not only are their repairs made with so much love, but their custom work is honestly to die for.
