These guys saved us! We were camping just out of town and went into Canmore to pick up some lunch for the kids when our truck blew a brake hose. They had us towed and our truck fixed in two days, even though we have been told it takes weeks in Canmore to get a car fixed. We are so grateful that they helped us out in a terrible situation and can’t say enough good things.

We were traveling from Comax back home to Belleville Ontario left our hotel in Golden planning a lunch stop in Canmore about 5min. out of town exaust broke asked where we might get help was directed to Your site they told us that they would try to look at it soon as possible when they got it in they said they could get it in the next day but I told them we had a room booked in Brooks Alberta that night so I couldn't wait they said leave it with me and I will do my best to get it done before we close at 5pm. They got it fixed just before closing so we could be on our way. We thank you very much for all your help and efforts to get us back on track ? ?

Had a puncture, but all tires were worn past the wear bars. Joel procured new tires in record time (from YYC). Price was super-competitive despite us being in a pinch.
Front end staff super courteous. Amazing.

Joel, Dustin and the boys stayed late to fit airbags on the back of my truck. Did a really clean and professional job. Great mechanic and would recommend.

Job was done as expected. However, came around 8am to remove and replace my vehicle power steering pump. Waited for 4 hours, so I decided to call them (12:10)to check it out. The guy i spoke to told me needed another hour. So i waited again. And the guy called me again (12:27)saying needed more than an hour because there’s something blocking the coolant! So waited again. Decided to head back to the shop around 1:30pm and waited of course! Finally, around 2:30pm i got my vehicle back! And when i got the invoice, it only took 2.6hrs for them to remove and replace the power steering pump. Hence the blocking of coolant! But i waited for almost 6.5 hrs in total. And the guy upfront just straight away ask me to pay for it. Without telling or explaining anything in particular about the job. He didn’t even bother to tell me anything. I am the one who even ask for it.
And to add , “Canmore lube is not liable for any damages or stolen object inside the vehicle while in their premises “ you guys put this up inside your shop when i saw my car unlocked and unattended at the parking area.
Well thats all. Hope the management will take action!

Had my radiator and heater core changed, everything was clean and done well. Small plastic peice broke and they could have easily not said anything and I would have never notice. Yet they told me and decided to Gave me 100$ off my bill. Excellent service and transparency. Highly recommend!
