Would like to update my review. Within 2 hours of posting the original, I was contacted by the store manager and a solution was found for my yet-to-be sourced refrigerator. I am happy to say there is a beautiful new Danby refrigerator in my kitchen that was delivered a few hours ago by the most lovely gentlemen. It is a cubic foot larger than what I had ordered and honestly I am so glad they sent a larger model as I didn't realize how small it really was as I never saw it in person. Absolutely love this fridge and my doggies were completely enamored by the delivery guys. They even put the refrigerator box in my shed so that I can turn it into a fort for my neighbor's grandchild. I cannot give a five as, initially, I did have some serious challenges but in the end the issues were resolved and my new refrigerator is fabulous.

Customer service is non-existent. Communication is non-existent. The brick was given $850 in advance of delivering a refrigerator in mid-september. They refused to order the refrigerator without it being paid for in full. It did not arrive in the middle of October and I was not contacted for an update. I contacted them towards the end of October and said that it was delayed but I would have it by the end of the month. It did not come by the end of the month. Again I was not updated. I phoned and left a message on November 1st and my phone call was not returned. I am still waiting to find out where my refrigerator is. This level of disrespect and unprofessionalism is not acceptable. I would not refer the brick to anyone. Perhaps someone will read this and let me know if and when I will be getting a refrigerator that has been paid for over 6 weeks ago.

We bought a dishwasher in late 2020 and purchased the extended warranty. The first time the dishwasher quit it took almost 4 months to get them to fix it. Recently it broke again (warranty is over in 2 months) it has been 2 weeks and we are still getting the runaround. Do not buy a appliance from these guys they do nothing but pass the buck and refuse to take ownership of the problem. Where I work if I had a customer who bought something with extended warranty and it failed not once but twice they would have gotten a new one right away but unfortunately that is not how the brick works . This will be the last thing we buy from there.

My fiancé and I bought a bookcase from you. While putting it together we found out the back is cardboard. Yes that’s right folks who are reading this cardboard. I can’t believe the price we paid. Know this we will never cross your doorstep again

needed a new washer... they said they had one in stock in the warehouse.. went and paid for it and then was told its damaged and they don't actually have one so they refunded us our money which is fine but they had no other washers in stock... this is the 2nd time we wanted to buy something that day and they didn't have anything in stock. I just end up going to the city now, saves me the hassle.
