Just got back, Heather and her associate were Amazing! They introduced me into a new Canada-USA-MEXICO Plan that is just perfect for me and all of you winter travellers, summer too! And the price was the same as I was already paying except MEXICO was added, how good is that! They both are super friendly, courteous, and tremendously helpful! The locked door is not a problem, there is a lot of pricey products inside!!! Keep up the good work ladies!

I've been a Rogers customer for several years. My experience at the Camrose store has always been excellent. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Any tech support I needed was always given clearly, effectively, and quickly. The customer service has been wonderful. New devices and plan changes are always well explained. The store security has never been a problem. It actually made me feel safer because I don't want to be a bystander in store during a robbery. Having an intercom and letting customers in is a great idea. Communication outlet robberies are a very serious issue. I'm happy that Rogers Corporation cares enough about their staff to do everything possible to ensure their safety. I highly recommend Rogers, especially the Camrose and Grande Prairies stores.

I had an awesome experience at this store! The customer service was excellent and everything was explained very carefully. I got a new phone and updated my package to save me even more money! I will definitely be back!!

Excellent small town service! Very friendly and out going staff! So glad Rogers now has satellite service! I switched over from Telus and don’t regret! The store is save and secure when you enter so you don’t have to worry about being mugged! Can’t be to safe in this economy! Heather is amazing!?

Was charged hundreds of extra dollars over a few months for long distance calls. Did not realize this was in my bill, and when I asked for some grace for my mistake I was asked repeatedly if I read the fine print. Was repeatedly asked if I wanted to add extra stuff to my bill, while there to discuss lowering my bill. Condescending, spoken to as if everyone reads every term and condition of everything. An honest mistake on my part, but the lack of help for someone who has spent thousands of dollars at their business is ridiculous. The only help I could actually get was "take this number and phone somewhere else".Cannot wait to cancel all lines and move somewhere else. Don't bother with this place.

Roger’s in Camrose has the best service hands down. They answer all my questions and fix any problems I have. I have always received excellent service from Ben ,and Heather. Thank you for always being patient, caring and helpful.

Went to check out back to school stuff.Instead greeted like a criminal. Appointments, locked doors. Totally not a company worth dealing with if they want to treat me like this. Would recommend other companies over this nightmare.

Didn't want to help, tried to get me out of the door as quick as possible when I was trying to upgrade my phone. I ended up just going to the city and was helped with excellent service. Avoid this place and just go to the city.

Heather is amazing! Literally only go to see her when I need to deal with anything related to my Rogers. She has great knowledge on all the phones and accessories. Aswell she will always go above and beyond for you to get you the best deal she can. 100% recommend to go in and see her and her team for all your wireless needs.

Wife and I went in to check out new phones.Ken the Manager spent alot of time with us and explained best options for what we required.Ken found the best plans for us and set us up.We were finished about three minutes before closing but never felt rushed or unwelcome.I have avoided Rogers for over 30 years but am very glad we have them a try.Thank you Ken unbelievable service !!!!!Keep up the great work
