I’ve taken my car to Kal Tire twice now to get the same tire patched, customer service is great and it’s been very easy to schedule with them. The first time when I came back to get my car they did not tell me where my tire was leaking let alone what may have been the cause. Tire was fine for around a month or two until it started to get low again. I booked again, came in, paid. This time I was told my tire was leaking at the rim but it was fixed and I should be good to go. I was also told that my tire pressure light would stay on since my tire pressure sensors weren’t working. To no surprise (because my sensors aren’t broken), I got into my car and the light was off. Not even a week later the same tire was low again. I decided to try and patch it myself and first problem, the lug nuts were torqued to at least 150+ ft-lb when they should at most be 80 ft-lb. It took 20 minutes, a full grown man, and all of his effort to get one wheel off. Had I gotten a flat on the highway I would’ve been absolutely screwed because of this business. Second, the tire was still leaking at the rim and it didn’t look like it had ever been patched anywhere else. Had I been told the first OR the second time that my rim could not be fixed I would’ve bought new ones months ago. It shouldn’t be difficult to tell your customers what service was done and why, let alone not lie to them about additional things like sensors being broken.

Ryan, the general manager honestly is great very nice fast effective service. The team was amazing very professional and super fast with details on everything and they check everything while they look up and do your other services. I drive all the way from Edmonton all the way to Camrose 1 Hour Dr.just to see Ryan and his great team highly recommend thanks again Ryan and his team

They managed to fit me in without an appointment to swap my winter tires. They were crazy busy because it was the first snowfall of the season. Everyone was busy, but had a great attitude! Will definitely be back!

I went to Kal Tire this morning for an oil and brake pads change, the service was very professional, the appointment was well respected and I was well received, the staff was kind and took care of everything for me. explained, their prices are very correct and justified paraport to other maintenance garages. I highly recommend. and I would like to thank the entire team for their professionalism.
