My husband and I walked in looking to trade my vehicle in, we were referred to Alison who actually ended up greeting us at the door. She was wonderful to deal with, didn't feel rushed or pressured, any questions we had she was knowledgeable of and if she wasn't 100% sure she had no problem asking and getting back to us in a timely manner considering how busy it was that day. Absolutely recommend Allsion.DJ in Finance was very informative and there was no pressureing us into anything we did not want, very helpful and had no problem answering any questions we had even though we were there past closing. Very happy with our experience.

My Fiancé and I just bought a new minivan from Alison at Camrose Chrysler and sold our Escape to them. We are very happy with our experience. We communicated to Alison our salesperson and DJ the finance manager all of our wants and needs and they both went above and beyond to make sure we got exactly what we were looking for and made this experience stress free and easy. I can’t recommend the both of them enough. Such a great experience and no regrets bringing our business to them. We are very happy customers!

Very happy with the service dept. All repairs were done in a timely manner. Staff was very friendly and explained all aspects of the repairs.

Outstanding services. Sales initially and then after sales care is lovely. Parts and service managers go out of their way to assist. I have purchased several units from Camrose Chrysler over past 10-15 years. Substantially better at after the sale care than big city dealers .

Pretty ridiculous when you go to a parts department and they dont give you a part number on a quote. I even asked and they refused to give me the part number.. I could go look online but decided to come in store. No wonder more and more people go online.

Chris Longmuir is a five star sales advisor! The first phone call with him after a filled out a Facebook questionnaire had me hook line and sinker! It took a few calls and some thinking and he sold me on my Lamborghini of a truck. 2023 dually longhorn. Pictures of it don't do any justice! I met the whole team at the dealership all I can say is wow! Friendly, helpful, and wanting to help in any way! I appreciate that you don't get that service at a city dealer!

Had a few hiccups with being outta town for trying to purchase over the phone and with limited hours of doing so but Shelby pulled it off and with a Lil help from others made it happen and so far this previous Ford man is pretty dam happy driving this Ram 1500 Warlock even came with a surprise Trudeau sticker which is awesome. I had a great experience with Alyson and the team at Camrose Chrysler. I was looking for a Ford Explorer that had to have certain options, and a payment method and timeline that couldn't change. They were able to meet all my requests with no hiccups or issues (unlike other dealers in the Edmonton area). I highly recommend Alyson and her team and I will be considering them for all of my future purchases.

Thanks to Alyson and the management team. They were able to find the perfect vehicle for me. DJ was awesome in finance as well, helped me out a ton.
