Very nice, but chats a lot. So do not expect a quiet session.The lash lift itself was a 3/5. She didn’t straighten my lashes so they are all over the place, and will be until the lash lift goes away. The only way to straighten them is to wear mascara, which defeats half the purpose. I am meticulous so this annoys me. You may not care though. The lift itself has a nice curl to them.

Me and a girlfriend booked before a trip to Mexico and we're so glad we did! Alexa was friendly, knowledgable and talked us through the process! She was also amazing about accommodating my unusual work schedule! My lashes were noticeably lifted and have stayed that way for over 2 weeks now. I'd definitely recommend!

Alexa was super bubbly and friendly and made an hour of lying on a a table with your eyes closed not feel like an hour lying on a table with your eyes closed. My lashes look great and it was a really easy process! I'll definitely be back.
