Excellent customer service! You always hear horror stories about some of the big name stores, like 8 months for delivery & issues with product going unresolved etc. I walked in on a whim one day, found a sofa, brought my partner up to look at it and we had our new sofa within days. I noticed an issue with the pullout portion of the sofa and someone was at my house to fix it right away. Couldn't be happier with product or service. We'll be coming back for additional pieces.

The easiest furniture shopping experience i have ever had. My girlfriend and i walked in, told the consultants what we were looking for, and while they didn’t have what we wanted. They had something very similar from the same manufacturer for us to test out. We were told that one we wanted was in stock and could be delivered in 2 days. With the shape of our supply chain, i was in shock, and we went ahead with the purchase. Delivery was on time, they ensured we were happy with a full inspection , and off they went. Seamless, polite, and affordable all at the same time.
