“This place is incredible! Since gaining weight it's been so hard to find clothes I like, especially in thrift shops. I spent less than $200 and got three dresses, two skirts, a pair of pants and a bunch of tops and sweaters, every one unique, well-fitting, and high quality. I literally broke down crying in the dressing room as I tried on one item after another that looked great on me. Highly recommended.”

She also spent a considerable amount of time with me so that I could select the best purchase to accommodate my specific needs, it was a wonderful experience. “In passing this store one can see a great example of shopability in the retail space, items are spaced well making it easy to browse and take in what's available.Given a great location and regular traffic after close there's an untapped window browsing opportunity,- Fieldstudy would benefit from highlighting product with in store lighting, and the name on the window being clearly visible.- Where the current blank awning is lit, just adding their name with a simply black on white would change this from looking empty at night to building brand exposure.”
“Karolina is such a sweetheart and did a great job helping me get decked out for a fancy christmas party! I himmed and hawed about whether to buy or rent for a few weeks, and finally I just didn't want to think about it. at $100-$150 I of course thought of whatever crap I could buy to keep, but I would never have felt as good as I did in the dress I rented! I got to wear a stunning, super fancy dress that fit me like a glove for the cost of ... 6 lattes.. basically haha.
Karolina works so hard and is her own gal running her own business, and deserves all the praise. Give your money to this amazing entrepreneur and you won't regret it. I booked a fitting which was perfect because I got to see all the options online in person. Turns out I was smaller that I thought for size so good thing I booked a fitting. You have until 12 the next day to return so perfect for anyone hungover haha. I'm very grateful for this business and will use it from now on for fancy events!!! Save your closet space for cozy sweaters and rent a dress instead!”

“Leslie was super nice and accommodating upon approaching me entering the store looking for jeans. I'm a smaller girl and Leslie helped me find jeans that were a right length, just sadly didn't have in stock a size 8 in the pants I liked, but she made sure to tell me the name of jeans so I can make sure to look for them in Edmonton.
Leslie was very nice and personal too. I'm happy to have a cute chat with her about the rest of my day plans. I would recommend seeing her at Rick's if you're looking for the perfect pair of jeans. Thanks again Leslie! I hope spelled her name right.”

I have come to be friends with the owner and the staff. They go above and beyond in customer service , always helping you pick pieces and show you how to style as well. “Went yesterday to pick up some work boots and the customer service was probably the best ive had in a very long time. Austin had come up to ask if we were doing alright and when I had a question he double checked with the manager just to ensure what he said was valid (It was about the return policy and the manufacturer warranty). When checking out we had an amazing conversation with the clerk. I will and would recommend this location to anyone and will be recommending this location to my co workers. “Came in with zero experience in boots, but interested in a pair. Was lucky enough that Kairi was working and helped me out. Unbelievable how knowledgable she is. Took a look at me, asked me my size, and the first pair of boots she picked was absolutely perfect in both size and looks. Tried a few other ones and none of them were as good as her first pick, so that's the pair I ended up buying. She's full of good advice and truly knows her stuff when it comes to any aspect of boots. Can't recommend this store enough due to her working there.”
“I took my 16yo son to the Volcom Market Mall location today and we had EXCEPTIONAL customer service from Mitch. Being in retail myself, I 100% appreciate someone who is friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and truly enjoys what they do. Mitch is in his element and was incredible at helping us pull a new wardrobe full of clothes. At one point my son said that Volcom needs to pay him more because he literally loved every piece Mitch brought him.
