This is a different type of review in that we did not end up buying a Buick (opted for more high-end Audi), but it was actually a tough choice due to the excellent assistance of Lior, our salesperson. Extremely knowledgeable and personable, Lior is a great salesperson to connect with at Wolfe.

Not impressed with their service, my truck went in for body work and I brought a new battery for them to install, only to get confused looks about how to do it as their is extra terminals to disconnect.I asked them “can’t you use AutoCAD to figure out what to do” their response was “we’ve never seen this before, so no” (isn’t that the point of AutoCAD?Okay, so I text my uncle who’s a wrench head and 20 minutes later my battery was replaced by my uncle.All they had to do was remove a couple extra support bolts and it was done.Also, went in to change oil this morning and the service people (at least 8 of them standing around doing nothing) casually finished their conversations before letting me into the service area only to be told they aren’t under the Kaizen brand and can’t change my oil. The last part isn’t their fault but the amount of people standing around doing literally nothing and having to wait to have someone come talk to me, not great.

In town for a short work trip, before hitting highway again, brake system on truck failed and they got me in short notice, fixed and safely back on the highway same day.
