I bought a bag that was a bit damaged, I asked one of the cashiers to ask the manager if she could please find a new bag exact the same, she said if she couldn’t find the same back the manager could be able to give me at least a little discount for it. When she came back she told me the manager Carolina said she didn’t have any back like that and she said that bag was “perfectly fine” and she won’t give me any discount.

I recently visited the store recently and was quite surprised to see dogs inside the store. While I understand the need for service animals, the presence of non-service dogs in a retail environment is concerning. It poses health and safety risks, especially for customers with allergies or phobias, and raises hygiene issues for a store that sells clothing and personal items. I hope Winners will address this issue and enforce a clearer policy on pets in their stores to ensure a safe and comfortable shopping experience for everyone.
