We live right beside this place and I regret making the walk every time. This place is pure garbage.1) Overpriced.2) Poorly stocked.3) Expired food and dairy products.

The store smells like they had a massive accident with a pallet of baby powder. They are frequently out of stock of common items and the staff are more interested in their phones than their the customers. Did they really think 7-11 failed in this location because the store smelled good, had plenty of stock, and focused on customer service?

Great and humble staff who take care of their customers with politeness and greetings. Congratulations guys for upgrading your store with new modifications ,pattern and stuff. It looks rejuvenated and modern. Thank you for serving our northmount community with utmost care and energy.

Not happy I walk 15mins to this store just find out that it's closed Google says it's open until 10pm but this is a lie the door have a chain and padlock on the doors not happy such a waste of time

The cleanliness of this store leaves much to be desired. Almost every counter was covered in Sticky slurpee syrup or coffee spills. For the guy FaceTiming and chatting away behind the counter, maybe a bit better care and attention to the sanitary details of the store could be looked after first.

Horrible. If I could give 0 stars, I would. They put signs up for promos that they offer then when you go to pay they say the promo is longer effective.There are signs all over the store that say the energy drink I wanted was 2 for $5 then the guy at the till says he can’t give it to me for that price. And seeing another review on here, seems like it’s something they do often. Don’t waste ur time going to this store, they’re cheap liars.False advertising and horrible service. Never returning again.7 eleven can have my business instead.

Arrogant and ignorance are the words to describe Management and staff at this store. I have been in a few times and each time I was met with incompetence by the staff and excuses from management. The latest incidence involved an employee berating me over the price of two cans of energy drink that was clearly marked for sale at 2 for 5 and the employee told me he would not sell it to me at that price bc it wasn't in the system. I will inform the manufacture and wholesaler that this store won't sell there product at there indicated price. I live in the area but will not patronize this business any further. I will encourage everyone I know to avoid this business. I have lived in Calgary 50 years and have not encountered a business with such disregard for people. I think this is why 7-11 went out of business here as it seems they sold out to the same type of management and staff. You cant run a business arguing with customers. Boycott this business as it does not reflect any values I believe we hold in this community for respect and goodwill towards others.

From my personal experience the store is over staffed and understocked. Also buying a location that was a seven 11 right before them made me think, "oh cool they want to get in on the morning coffee rush for ppl heading to work. I WAS SADLY MISTAKEN. I live just up the road and they absolutely never have coffee ready for the customer by opening time. I am always infact asked to wait for 5-10 minutes that most ppl don't have in the mornings. It's an unorganized gong show over there and you really can't expect any consistency from there at least so far. I hope they make a change soon. I ALSO MUST MENTION: atittude yes sometime a few of the workers there are smiling and treating everyone friendly but from what I have seen myself being a young adult living on my own I've notice a very big difference in the levels of kindness shown to individuals from particular lifestyles punk, rock, hippy culture, anythig alternative to looking like a family person or homebody they either act very stand offish and judgy or like they have absolutely nothing good to say so they're choosing to say nothing at all i Suppose you could consider that professional if there bear minimum is what you strive for. It's family convenience store for families just judging from what I've seen living next to them since the location was a 7\11.also what they call "humor" can be pretty offensive at times and I don't think they mean to but they gotta rein it in.

The store is always unstocked, never have much of an anything or supplies, refuses to give change or sell single bus tickets,if you need change for laundry they don't carry any Nd if they do will charge u extra for change. If this store wasn't the only one close to me I'd never go there.ive seen in my more stocked and taken care of winks in forest lawn

As a fresh business, they have some kinks to work out, but I'm glad someone took over this store to give us snacks close to home. Run by a family, so going there is supporting your community!

The coffee was watered down and the mini doughnuts were expensive ($8 for 12) under cooked and doughy. Very disappointed
