We bought a wicker set in the spring consisting of this love seat and 2 glider rockers. Very comfortable pieces but most impressively they came out unscathed during the last hail storm…. this piece faces west to north west without much protection…. Very impressed and the staff were very good to deal with through purchase

After thinking long and hard about getting a smoker. I walked into bbq land and happy I did. I didn’t really know much about smokers, but the staff was friendly and very helpful in helping me pick out which one was going to be best for me.
The people in the back were also great. They gave me tips on how to put it together and also loaded it up for me.
Will definitely be back

Staff not as receptive or friendly as you would expect , I spent 3200 there , returned 2 weeks later for more pellets etc , practically ignored , and treated as a bum off street . Almost zero customer service unless you really spend . Greedy and inconsiderate .

Started looking at Ratana furniture and quickly located Wicker Land as one of the retailers in Calgary. Asked for Quote and it was delivered back in <24hours, easy decision to buy after that. Throughout the whole transaction, I received THE best service from Maddy. She offered great suggestions, was responsive, friendly and fun to work with!!

We just went in person into Kelowna store with picture of replacement part for starter on our Sabre bbq. 3 staff behind counter with no one else in store. He asked us to email the part and I did so right away. Gentlemen with glasses and longer hair made us to feel he didn’t have the time of day for us. He said they were so busy. Again, no one was in store and 3 sales folks at main till. The gal on staff, more friendly. We were considering browsing to shop but given cool reception we left.
Starter part needing replacement attached. Sabre BBQ only 3 years old. No record of us on file. Please advise re: replacement

David and Pam were so professional, efficient and had the answers to all of our questions. We were in and out in 10 min and got all the stuff we needed and had not even got our tub from them! You guys rock. ⭐️

I would like to say that John Plunket-Radar is an amazing customer service agent for all and because of the experience I had with him I will always recommend this place. Long story short he helped me deal with an issue I had for over a year with another retailer. This is far beyond his job and he didn't have to do this. I am beyond grateful for his help and he really came through for me on getting a hand with my issue. Thanks John.

I ordered an umbrella 10 days ago. Wrote them to find out what is the status of my order. They replied that they only have showroom models left (used). How long would they have made me wait and kept my money? A month? Absolutely terrible business and not trustworthy at all in my experience. Take your money fast but zero follow up afterwards. Even as I write this they claim to have the same umbrella in stock which is true if you consider used floor models “in stock”.
