Wicked Chinook locationI went to Wicked on a last ditch effort to find a replacement Earrings or bead with the same gauge that I have. She not only had my earrings that match but also she had the bead too. I was so happy that they had my correct gauge that I plan to go back and buy more earrings from them. The lady who helped me was fantastic and very knowledgeable and kind. I highly recommend them to anyone and everyone.

I’ve gotten jewelry here a few times because it’s the closest to me and the most accessible. I do not have a single piece from them that’s actually useable. Half the time the plugs are not thick enough for standard plugs which shape your ear wrong. Or they’re a different size than what’s marked. Oh yeah, and they’re final sale so if they sell you something that says it should fit and doesn’t: you can’t take it back and exchange it.The few times I got actually fitting stainless steel plugs, my ears get irradiated while wearing them. The other day I bought some simple singlet rings the other day, which were marked at 20ish dollars. I payed thinking my total was a little high but I probably did the wrong math in my head. Checked my recipt and they were actually 46 dollars each. The metal is cheap. Not good for everyday wear, and for 46 dollars you’re not getting implant grade jewelry.

Wicked piercings has been my go to for all my body jewelry! Thank you for your guidance and helpfulness! They have smaller tongue balls which I’ve been needing. Plenty of 14 gauge as well as 16 gauge for my comfort.

Definitely heed the warnings of others- workers are NOT familiar with sizing and will steer you in the wrong direction! (I am partly to blame because I should have known better :( ) I went to Wicked to see their plugs and my size is 12 mm or 1/2". I asked one of the workers if they had a pair in my size to which she initially said no, then said "Oh yeah! You know what? 000g is now the new 12mm. We don't do 12 mm anymore its known as 000g." Something didn't feel right about this because the plugs looked smaller than what I'm used to, however I couldn't remember if this was correct. 12mm is actually 0000g (FOUR zero's not three). She became offended when I said I wasn't sure and showed her my current plugs- I should have known better and gone with my gut, this is where I'm in the wrong. She then became condescending and said "Well you know how I know?" and showed me her own plugs. I figured, I should trust this person who works at a jewelry store to know and understand how sizing works so I went with her recommendation. The jewelry, as I had thought it would be, was too small. Their jewelry ISN'T cheap and you aren't able to return them so use a LOT of caution or just don't buy from here in the first place. Very disappointing, I felt like they were just trying to make a quick $ off of me.

Amazing experience from staff, it was my first time purchasing jewelry from them and I loved there spiral pieces. They helped me with sizing and after care. Jewelry is good quality as my ears are sensitive to a lot of materials so I only wear silicone but these fit comfortably and lightweight. Will shop again and recommend to friends!

Hit or miss. Some employees were fine, others were rude. Lots of jewelry choices that they let you see up close. Though you can find similar items of the same quality for cheaper at Spencer's.

Called ahead of time to ask if they carried a specific product (16g titanium labret studs) because it’s a far drive from NE for me. They confirmed they had the product in stock so I made the drive just for them to tell me they didn’t actually have them in stock when I arrived. Wasted my time and gas.

The worst customer service I've ever received. Was basically coerced in to buying jewelry that made my lobes swell and hurt, the girl with blue hair is the reason I will not be buying this jewelry again

I usually got to hot topic for jewelry but decided to check out the kiosk out today to see what options they got for spiked lip rings and the chick with the blue dreads was really informative and easy to talk too. The service alone was really good and got alot of options. Will definitely come back.

Quality of the jewelry is that I could find on wish or Temu. The girl working was rude and ignored me while I was there. Also cultural appropriation isn’t a good look. It’s 2023. White chicks with dreads is just…not cool. It’s not edgy, or alternative. It’s racist. Hard pass on this store.
