Nice guy, very honest. He just removed a partial screw that never punctured the tire and replaced one valve stem.The previous garage I went to tried to sell me $2600.00 worth of tires. It's refreshing to meet an honest guy.

Yes Omar is a nice guy.Rear main seal was gone in my BMW charged me $214 to diagnose and the wanted $4500 to repair
Not sure how you can ask for that much when the seal is $250 and it’s about 8 hrs labor the math doesn’t add up. When I said I would pick the car up he changed the subject and mentioned the rims on one side of the car were scuffed. Attached is a copy of the $1305 that it cost to make the repair.

Always a pleasure rolling into this auto shop! Hadn't swung by in a while, so it was a treat to have my ride in the hands of the skilled technicians once again. Typically, I bring my vehicle in on weekdays when they are not too busy. Each time I've had a problem with my car I bring it here and they always have a solution. I have never felt like they have price gouged me and I feel the prices are reasonable considering the work that they do. I always feel important from the staff and they make a effort to answer the questions I have. Super happy with the service Ive had from westmount auto centre and Im sure I will be happy for the many future years I come here too.

I was looking forward to bringing my business to a neighborhood garage and the 5 star experience previous reviewers had found . Instead I came away disappointed and I won't be going back. I called to get a quote on routine fluid changes (brake and transmission) and rear shock replacement. I was told that I would have to bring my vehicle in to get a quote on those services. I dropped off my vehicle and then got a call with surprise #1: brake fluid exchange quoted at $335 (had it done instead by the dealer for $150), transmission fluid exchange at $497 (had it done at the dealer instead for $240) and shock replacement for $750 (free quote by the dealer was for $480). I was also told there was a broken part on the bumper but I wasn't given a quote for that repair. When I went to pick up my vehicle I got surprise #2, a bill for $105 for generating the quote (not told about that in advance). I guess the look of shock on my face got that reduced to $95. As I went to leave, I got surprise #3. The broken part from the bumper had been taken off without my OK and I was handed the part to take with me. I was really hoping to establish this as my regular garage, but that was my first and last time.

Omar is excellent. He did basics such as oil changes and tire swaps for fair prices, and has helped me with other repairs such as diagnosing a wheel bearing issue and replacing an exhaust gasket which had failed. He has always done his best to help as soon as he has an opening, and has provided great quality service. Thanks Omar!
