Lindsey was really great to deal with when I bought my new car from Western Auto Direct last week. She was very personable, helpful and friendly. The service was excellent as she came to the rental car place to pick me up when I dropped off my rental as I was coming from out of town and helped me find a registry as well. I would highly recommend dealing with her if you're looking for a vehicle through Western Auto Direct.

I dealt with Lindsey on the purchase of a Volvo XC90. It's been 2 weeks, I love this car. Low pressure dealing, straight forward. She let me drive it 3 times. I had to really look it over. I was taking a chance with a dealer that I don't know. But this is a family operation, they know what they are doing. Find a good product and the product will sell itself. Did I get a good deal? No. But I got a good product that is worth the price. Thank you Lindsey.

We recently purchased from Western Auto Direct and met with Lindsey. It was a great experience, it was a very relaxed environment and no pushy sales people. The process was a bit longer then expected but understandable as the Finance person was on vacation. Lindsey was very friendly and easy to deal with, communication via email, text and phone calls through the purchase process was quick. We were picking up our purchase at the end of the day and was running a bit late, Lindsey and the team was kind enough to stay and wait for us.We ended up with a great experience purchasing a vehicle at a good price.

Hands down the best used car buying experience I have ever had. Lindsey was a pleasure to deal with and she was always quick to respond to any questions. Everyone is very friendly in general, minimal haggling and they gave me a great deal on the van we bought. They even let us keep the van on their lot for an extra week while we got our insurance sorted out. Highly recommend going to them for anyone looking for a used vehicle!

They are in Calgary. I am in Edmonton. Lindsey was a pleasure to deal with, all staff from Turell to Heather were fully available over several days. E-mails were quickly replied to, their Driver notified me of a cracked windshield (hard to see), they are paying for replacement at their cost 100 %. Lindsey even notified me of a small scratch on the back end (again, hard to see) - so no surprises of flaws in a vehicle with 1420km. All up front and honest, and they beat several dealership on interest rate for me too ! Lindsey even called back the next day to ensure everything was ok with the vehicle, as I was unable to easily test drive being 300km away. A true pleasure to deal with.

Flew up from Victoria to buy a truck for $55,000 stated I needed all the paperwork in order when I got up there did not have the registration for the vehicle when I stressed everything needed to be in order when I got up there because I have one day to get back but in turn was told it was my problem not theirs.horrible organization and a waste of time
