“Brought in a Citizen Eco-Drive thinking I needed a new battery and was informed that it just needs to recharge in the light. They took it in anyway to see if the battery capacitor needed replacing. If so, it would cost $110. If it was another issue it would need to be sent back to Citizen in Ontario to be serviced for $600. The next day I changed my mind and went back to pick up my watch to recharge on my own (after it had been sitting inside a dark box for 15 years). I feel bad for wasting their time, but nonetheless I was impressed by their knowledge about these watches and their transparency. I had no idea how unique the watch was. Ended up setting it in front of the window and sure enough, it’s recharged now. Thanks for the help! Definitely recommend this place.”

“I came here with my IPhone 11 and it was having some problems and I had Layla come over and she was doing her best to help me and then I got referred to a technician to help out with the problem my phone was having, but Layla did her best to fix the problem and I still love coming here because I know someone else who is a technician now and he works here and he does amazing job at fixing problems with phones, in my opinion everyone here does their best at fixing anyone’s problems with their products and this is the best Apple location in Calgary. I would come here again!”
