Hoda the manager is terrible I’ve never experienced worse customer service. I was treated like a criminal all the employees especially Hoda were extremely disrespectful rude and unwelcoming never go to this Walmart

When I went to the cashier, a young Indian lady served me. She had no expression, didn’t say hello, didn’t ask if I needed a bag, didn’t tell me the total amount, and didn’t ask what payment method I’d like to use. She didn’t say a single word and had a very unfriendly expression the whole time.
When she handed me the receipt, she threw it onto my items. After I paid and started putting my items into a bag, she took the next customer’s payment and immediately pushed my items aside. This was extremely rude, and I’ve already reported the incident to customer service.
It’s not easy to find a job these days, yet she shows such disrespect and lack of appreciation for hers. I took a photo of her and hope Walmart will follow up on this incident and provide me with a response. I’m not sure if there is CCTV at this location, but I hope Walmart can investigate this incident and get back to me.

Didn't buy anything but tested there shoplifting deterrent. Extremely happy that I wasn't belittled even though they thought I was stealing a $149 boombox which I bought in Summer this yr at another Walmart. Employee politely walked me to front where worker acknowledged I came in with my box but he didn't give me a sticker. Great work Walmart. Keep up the stellar work

Bought a pair of winter boots from this store. I was happy with the quality and the price. Downside was that most of the good sizes were sold out. Walmart is probably the best place to buy budget shoes ever since Payless ShoeSource went out of business in Canada. Also checked the produce section and found good deals on many items.

Horrible experience shopping online, wasn't delivered on the day it was supposed to. When I called the driver back he was extremely rude. I then canceled the order in the store which had 2 items and only 1 was canceled, I'm still trying to make sure the second one was canceled. Awful experience, never buying anything online from Walmart again.

I had an exceptional experience at Walmart’s photo print center, thanks to Victoria! She was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the entire process. Victoria went above and beyond to ensure my prints turned out perfectly, offering great suggestions and taking the time to explain everything in detail. Her friendly and professional demeanor made the experience truly enjoyable. Highly recommend visiting if you need assistance—ask for Victoria!

A really nice place to go and shop in. I bought a snoopy pajama for my friend's birthday she absolutely loved it!! Ive went there multiple times and it was awsome. Things were not as cheap as I thought it would be, so pretty nice saleing prices. Can't wait to go back and shop for more!

I had a bad experience today. While selecting milk, I noticed that all the bottles at the front were close to their expiration dates. I saw fresher options at the back and attempted to access them, but an employee informed me that I could only purchase the front bottles and not allowed to move the crates.
Ultimately, I chose a different size to avoid expired products, but I found the situation frustrating. Customers should have the option to choose fresher items, and it’s concerning that we are being encouraged to buy items close to their expiration dates. Make sure to check the dates on the product when you are buying from this store.

I was at the store with my 91-year-old mother and we asked one of the staff where the pharmacy was she told us it was over in one corner pointed the direction and we found out it was over on the far other side of the store I'm sensing now she looked at us thought we'd spend money and sent us in the opposite direction so maybe we shop more. The signage is really low for the departments when you're in the store you can't see the signage for the departments when you're walking around this is a ploy to get you to have to walk around and shop more how disgusting that she did that to us and made us walk across the store I ran into her when we were leaving at the front of the store and confronted her and she denied everything big smile on her face and started talking back trying to pick a fight with me I just walked away how awful to do that to a senior 91-year-old woman one reviewer on here said they're very tricky at this store that's a good world for it they must think we're suckers

Discovering moldy butter shortly after purchase is highly unpleasant, particularly when a significant green patch is visible when opening. Upon attempting to return the product, I encountered issues with the store's credit machine, which repeatedly displayed an error when I tried to tap or insert my card, and I was unable to receive cash back, ultimately being forced to accept a gift card instead. This experience felt like a scam, compounded by the unprofessional behavior of the rude lady at customer
service and manager. It is unacceptable for a store to sell moldy products, raising concerns about their storage practices. I am dissatisfied with the service provided; I should not have to settle for a gift card instead of a cash refund, especially since I had to visit another store to purchase butter. The quality of this store has declined significantly, and I will no longer shop at Northland, a location I have frequented since it replaced Woolco many years ago.

I had a very disappointing experience with Walmart regarding a $100 CAD gift card I purchased online. After multiple attempts to use the gift card for online orders, every order was canceled by Walmart without explanation. The latest gift card they reissued showed a $0 balance without being used. Despite repeated attempts to resolve this issue with customer service, including promises of sending a new gift card via email, nothing was received. After multiple contacts, Walmart informed me that no further solutions could be offered. This has been a frustrating and time-consuming experience, and I am left without the value I paid for.

I called the customer services around 11:44am on Saturday september 20 to ask for breast pump .So I was directed to the electronic department. The lady I talked to who has an east Indian accent was rude and lacking the minimum standards to deal with customers .She ended up hanging up the phone. Worst experience and never seen such as behavior before. Very disappointed.

Walmart is a shitty corporation but this location specifically is the worst! They never have stuff in stock, always packed with people and rude staff. Not to mention the prices that doubled over the last 2 years. I hate this place.
