This location is visibly dirty compared to the other Walmarts in town. The selection seems less than the others as well. Staff is fine, just needs a good cleaning.

I had a fantastic shopping experience at East Hills Walmart! The store was well-organized, making it easy to find everything I needed. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions. The checkout process was quick, and I appreciated how clean and well-stocked the store was. Highly recommend shopping here!!

I just purchased a couple of items in the makeup section but decided to look around more, only for the same employee who checked me out to follow me and eye me down the whole time. She wasn’t being slick about it either, she was picking things up off the shelf and putting it back, she did this in every isle I moved to, acting like she was doing work just to eye me down. Honestly wouldn’t have been as annoyed if she did a better job at hiding her suspicion, but she was right up my a$$ at all times. Not sure what gave her the suspicion even though I paid for items earlier, but I find it irritating to be treated like a criminal every time I go in the makeup section. Walmart should lock all their precious products behind glass if they care this much to make people uncomfortable, and save everyone the hassle.

Customerd should not complain when they go to a till that turned their lights off and put close sign up. FYI, cashiers get breaks and are told to shut down. Don't get mad when you go to a closed till and are asked to go another. Do not make rude comments online about them. They have to finish who was on line up first not after. This happens way too often and if cashiers did not stop people they never end up getting breaks. I writing this cause I witness it. Then the customer wanted her fired knowing well she came up after the till was closed, called her name and the other customer. So when a till light is off don't go to it.

This is being made because of the older asian manager being extremely rude to an employee in the coffee maker section. Asking them "What language do I need to use for you to understand me!" I would've confronted them in person, but I was very mad at the situation I had just witnessed. And to the woman he was berating I'm so sorry no one deserves to be talked down to like that.

I return pizza, Maker. When I went in the store, the girls told me I was busy so I can keep your pizza maker so after that I can find the receipt because that time I don’t receipt.I just give them the information for my Visa card. So after that, they call me they can. They didn’t find the receipt and I can pick up my stuff, but that is I was busy. So after two days, I went there, they said I throw out the pizza maker. I’m so surprise, they are lying surprise guys. If you do you throw out, then why you keep my pizza Maker is cost $60, so don’t go. There is not good service.

Horrible customer service. Placed an order online. Had to hit a delivery minimum of $35+ so I did only for the item I needed to not be available and they have no option to replace or cancel my order they just told me I have to try again.. by placing another order of $35+ or refuse delivery. The customer service agent was rude, sarcastic and offered no help or solutions. This is a cash grab and there are much better places to ahop online that will give you the option to replace if something isn’t available. Waste of time and money and Walmart doesn’t care about its customers.

They have no accountability and responsibility for the products they are selling, the store manager is rude and refuses to help she has no knowledge for what she wants to tell customer she keeps asking others to help and intervene. Worst services ever ? so I called walmart canada to help me and the customer service guys who answered the call gave me a threat that he will block my number and I will never be able to call walmart for help , this was all for 170$. What I did was I left the vacuum cleaner at the walmart in east hill calgary . So they can keep there product for themselves

Worst Walmart in the city avoid if you can. The line up was extremely long and close to closing the cashier had one person watching self checkout and multiple families with large carts and many children who kept bringing more items to check out , as the line grew more we got more frustrated with only 6 tills open we finally waved down the worker and said we have two items can you just check us out on the cash only till finally she agrees to but extremely unorganized the entire Walmart is a mess and kids screaming and running around disgusting store.

This walmart will give you a hard time on using baby formula coupons. Terrible customer service. So ghetto too. It's gone down hill.
