Had my passport taken and got rejected by the Canadian passport oficial. They said the background wasn’t all white. When the officer asked me where I took the photo and I told her she was like “I’m not surprised”.
Maybe will look for Staples next time.
Now I need another appointment and lose work hours to go drop a new photo to the passport office.

Shop elsewhere. This location is not worthy of your stress of how they manage this store, or if they actually manage it at all. Lots of employees chatting instead of fixing their stocks or assisting their few customers. I once observe 3 employees just standing chatting or texting on the self check out. I mean, can they not do something worthwhile since they are paid every dime of their time? Branch management should always know what's happening on the store and think of ways to improve their merchandise and customer service. Look at their reviews because this numbers will tell them what's wrong unless they dont care about anything but their paycheque. Then i guess we really should shop elsewhere. Let alone their sales targets eh?

I often find it challenging to ask staff for help, as I'm almost certain they don't know the store layout well. This belief is confirmed every time I visit this store, and my instincts were confirmed during my last visit when a customer requested assistance, and the staff couldn't help. While the aisles are generally clean, some shoppers leave items on the floor instead of returning them to their proper places.
The main reason for my two-star rating was primarily due to the long wait for the changing rooms. For a huge store, there are only two rooms, and during my recent visits, only one was available. Despite several staff members standing around, there was no communication about why the rooms were closed as we waited. Additionally, during the self-checkout experience, I ended up waiting almost three minutes for payment as the machine kept loading. I would have moved to a different one but most self-checkout machines were down, and while I waited for staff to help and my payment to process, I noticed staff chatting instead of offering assistance. When one finally approached, she started by promoting a credit card offer to me. Interestingly, when prompted to rate the service afterward, my daughter opted for one star.

I had a frustrating experience at Walmart today. I needed some over-the-counter medication, but the pharmacy was closed. Even though the store was still open, I couldn't access the items I needed because they locked the shelves behind a roller door. It's disappointing that a major retailer restricts access to basic health products, like after-bite cream, when the pharmacy isn’t operating. This lack of convenience is ridiculous and makes me reconsider shopping here in the future.

I had a terrible experience at this Walmart. The staff was rude and disrespectful. They greeted and said goodbye to other customers, but completely ignored me. This kind of behavior is unacceptable. You shouldn’t put people like that in customer service roles if they can’t treat all customers equally and with respect. I hope this issue gets addressed immediately
Some of the workers are not even deserved minimum wage, if they can’t do their easiest job

If there’s zero star I will definitely give it to this location exclusively.
Worst experience ever, I bought a DVD and it was defective and wasn’t working properly, I went to the customer service and they were so unhelpful and the manager was trying to make it as it was my fault. They didn’t return the DVD and they were so happy that they won the argument.Very disappointing and really shame on you Wallmart customer services.

Rolling baskets in store are so filthy i would not put my food in it. Then noticed a layer of dirt on the self check out counter. Somthing up with management to let the store get into such a disgusting state. Will be avoiding 130th Walmart in the future.

I want to thank surinder from the photos department, for being so amazing and helpful to me when I came in to print some photos for a scrap book for an elderly gentleman with Alzheimer’s that I am a caregiver of. I did not know how to work all the options for the photos surinder however offered me a stole and helped me with my cart to put all my store purchases and preceded to help me with all 46 photos that I needed printing off, I came in the next day to the store and he helped me again. His costumer service is very professional and very friendly and made what would have been a difficult experience for me very enjoyable, he went above and beyond. Thank you surinder for being such an amazing person that I’ve met at Walmart.

I don't know why I keep coming back. When you go into the store the employees are easy to find because they are always huddled up chatting however my review is about my recent delivery experience. It has been months since my last delivery attempt where the groceries never made it to our house on a Sunday afternoon/evening which left us without dinner & lunches for the following day. However, thanksgiving was busy this year so we decided to try it again. My delivery time was 5-6pm. This is the time slot I paid them money to hold. At 6pm I got an email saying my order was delayed and will now arrive between 6-7pm. Well let me tell you at 9pm I called their customer service line asking where they are and when they will arrive. I was given a lot of "I don't know" answers. I was asked if delivery on the following day would be okay. After asking if it will be delivered while I'm at work or at a reasonable time I was then presented with another "I don't know" but was assured someone will be in contact with me about my groceries.
Low and behold I'm half way to work when I get a text at 6:45am: "I'm here". I check my cameras when I get to work and sure enough my produce, meat & dairy along with everything else is sitting on my front step at home... If you value reliability & communication I suggest going elsewhere.

I was waiting for an hour and 15 minutes to get an electric razor only for them to tell me someone went home with the only key in the entire store.
