I think the crew at Vitek are beyond 5 stars. They are extremely honest with their diagnosis. Recently, our X1 signaled us that new brake pads were required. The crew at Vitek checked and confirmed a lot of brake pads remained. It was a faulty brake sensor. I really appreciate their honesty. I will consider getting another BMW because of Vitek's Autoworks!

I've been going to this shop for about 10 years, and I honestly wouldn't even think about taking my car anywhere else. If you think finding an honest mechanic is impossible, I have news for you: This place will change your mind. Eric and the crew know absolutely everything about luxury cars, and what's even better is that I have never once left this shop feeling ripped off. Their expertise and integrity set them apart… so don’t listen to the naysayers, this shop is truly the best.

I brought my car in for maintenance, spending over $5,000 on gasket repairs. Shortly after, the vehicle began misfiring, and they demanded additional money to diagnose the problem, despite the significant amount I had already paid. Additionally, after the gasket replacement, I noticed that the engine was not cleaned, making it difficult to determine if it was still leaking. While they have a lot of experience, their services are very pricey and their focus seems to be more on profit than on customer service. I will not be returning and would advise others to be cautious.
