Through Vistek, I picked up an entirely new camera setup for an upcoming extended travel trip (5 months overseas with a toddler). My priorities were to travel as light and compact as possible, while maintaining the best quality and versatility to capture/document anything and everything. Needless to say, this is a challenging endeavor but the staff at Vistek we're all very knowledgeable with recommendations, and incredibly patient while I went back and forth with my decisions on what to buy (this went on for several weeks). Additionally, they gave me advice on selling my old gear and helped me get the shutter count to do so. I will be supporting Vistek 100% for the foreseeable future as my customer service experience was truly a night and day difference to what I experienced at the main competitors, and I strongly recommend that you give Vistek your consideration as well. For context, I moved from a Nikon Z7 setup to the Sony A7Cr.

I always have a pleasant and quick experience with my rentals at this Vistek location. For most of my more recent rentals, I’ve dealt with Nicolas Martinez who is always very kind and accommodating with my rentals and I look forward to dealing with him for the likely many more to come.

Rented a camera for a Kickstarter video. Had excellent customer service in person and over email, fast response time and they were great with helping me find the right camera and lenses for the project I was doing. Nicholas at the rental desk great to deal with and created a fantastic experience with Vistek.

Vistek has been my go-to spot for all of my photography needs. Since I started taking my photography mire seriously about 6 years ago. Every staff member I’ve met is a photographer and/or videographer themselves and they have always gone above and beyond to answer my questions. From sharing personal tips and stories to providing honest product recommendations, I owe so many of my portfolio shots to these staff members and our conversations.
