I purchased 2 appliances (as well as the extended warranty on both products) from this location. I’ve needed a repair on one of the appliances for over 6 weeks now.
Visions keeps directing me to their third party company that they use for repairs, and the third party company keeps directing me back to visions. In fact, they are not even communicating with one another, and I am the one relaying messages back and forth between them.
Don’t ever purchase an extended warranty on any of their products. Save your money.
