Went into Visions today looking for a sound bar and sub system for a birthday gift. Adam H was freaking awesome. From the time I walked in, till I was finished my purchase. He was a great help and was awesome. Thank you Adam for making my purchase easy and fun

So disappointed!!! I ordered a product back in July. It’s almost 2 months now and stil havent received it. I called many times and they said its on the way and they will email their supplier and will call me back for updates but they never did! I have to call over and over again to get updates. So frustrating! Never experienced this to any store before!!! After waiting for almost 2 months now, still haven’t received my order and guess what? I was told they will just refund if still didn’t come later.Oh wow! was expecting it soooo long and they can’t even provide me with a good service. Never going to buy here again.

I was in at visions on Macleod trail this afternoon for a warranty issue on my air conditioning unit. I have been a visions customer for decades. Adam at the customer service counter went above and beyond as per usual. It is because of team members like Adam that I am a repeat customer. Thanks for making my day Adam and taking your time and answer my stupid A$& questions.

Went in looking for earbuds, as mine didn't take to kindly to the washing machine. They didn't have the pair I wanted, but they recommended another pair, and even matched the price of the ones I was looking for. Who does that? A certain blue competitor certainly didn't. Awesome service, great staff. Love Visions.

Most reviews on here are just bots, terrible customer service, rude employees. Tried to make an exchange on ac that broke down while warranty was still active and the person I talked to at visions yelled at me on the phone saying it wasn't his job and they don't do that. Called the company that made the ac and filled out all the proper forms to get a replacement now have to take the ac, forms, and receipt to the store to get a replacement. Ac company questioned why the store didn't do it considering it was there job in the first place. Never had any problems like this with best buy

I had bought a pair of JBL headphones from this location. They were great, however after a while, one developed a sound quality issue.
I returned to the store and spoke with the manager, Om. He looked into it and promptly provided me with a new set.
I was expecting the usual " sorry, cant help you " service, but was stunned! It is great to see a place that stands behind what they sell. Will return for higher end items.
