advised me to send in my phone for repair because I have a pink line across the screen, virgin mobile sent me a loaner phone which has been hacked into, I have literally spoken with the hackers they know my full name, what I drive and even my dog's name I called virgin mobile who advised me to factory reset my phone and turn my location off which I did. A day later someone again hacked into my phone. I have called virgin mobile about 10x and I asked for my phone to be returned to me unrepaired because I am very scared each time the hackers call they have more information. Virgin has made no attempt to rectify the situation they keep telling me they basically they don't care about security and can't give me my phone back because its in process. Please note I just called again and virgin mobile says they don't care that their line is not secure and that the phone they sent me has been hacked
