We just bought our 4th vehicle from Village Honda and we were very happy with the service we received! Ayman Al Sayegh our product adviser was very helpful. He broke down all of the options the prices and the timeline for purchasing our new vehicle. All our questions were answered quickly and the follow up has been great.
We also need to mention how great Violet in the finance department is. She’s absolutely lovely to deal with and we felt very comfortable voicing all our questions and concerns.
Lastly we wanted to say a quick shout out to Monica who explained all the ins and outs of our new vehicle.
We’ve been going to Village Honda since 2007 and the main reason is the impeccable customer service.

a disappointing experience with Honda Village over two visits.
First Visit: Communication was lacking when it came to my final inspection report. I was charged for inspecting two complaints, but instead of properly investigating, they merely reiterated the issues without justifying the costs.
Second Visit: I booked a service around part availability, yet received no prior notice that the part was unavailable. Even at drop-off, this wasn’t communicated. I had specific questions that were not addressed, giving me the impression that customer needs take a backseat to revenue at this center.
Positives: They do offer a variety of shuttle options, which makes it easier not to wait at the center all day. Also, I found the staff to be friendly, which I appreciated.
Overall: While the shuttle convenience and friendly staff are pluses, the inconsistent communication and lack of thorough service have left me hesitant to return. I’ll be thinking twice before scheduling with them again.”

I purchased a vehicle from this dealership 2 months ago, and overall, I am not satisfied with the service I received. I did really enjoy Peter in the finance department, and my experience with him and that aspect of the dealership was fantastic.
However, when I was making the deposit on my car, a couple issues arose. I had been assured about and had saw the winter tires in the trunk of the car, and it had been discussed that those were included in purchasing the vehicle. A week later, when I went to pick up the car and got it home, there were no winter tires. I called my sales guy to ask where they were, and he told me he forgot to tell me that they didn't pass the inspection, so they didn't give them to me with no prior warning or adjustments to price.
As well, I got told by the same sales guy, Hyven, that purchasing their "Member for life" was mandatory, even after explaining that this dealership is far from my house, and an option I didn't want to add. So now, I paid the money to be a member for life.
I usually won't come to complain on the internet, but I did try to call them after the fact, and they told me that they would transfer me to someone, and then I never got transferred and they hung up. I really hope this isn't everyone's experience, but I feel this needs to be put out there.

I paid 3000 over MSRP and was told no negotiating. I was also told that the 6 year extended warranty was two dollars more per month however it was actually 28 dollars a month, do the math yourself to make sure what they say is accurate.
3m paint protection was done poorly, I would not recommend getting it.
I made appointments and still waited 20-30 minutes each time. Waited days for callbacks.
A manager listened to my complaints but offered nothing to remedy the situation.

Just bought a brand new honda civic hybrid from village honda. Sales person Abdul was great to deal with. He got us really good deal and was always available for questions or concerns. Erika helped us with finance and she went above and beyond with her customer service. Highly Recommended village honda!!!

Jay and Monica made buying a new car a great experience!
Unfortunately, less than 5 months later, the car is in the shop (for a broken shifter cable) and we have been without a vehicle for almost 2 weeks. It's understandable that a new car might have mechanical issues - but it is very disappointing that the dealership and/or Honda Canada isn't making this huge inconvenience a better experience. The Honda Plus program seems useless as we still haven't been able to get a courtesy car or rental from them.
