When I encountered a manufacturing defect with a disposable product, Mark not only listened attentively but also generously extended the 24-hour warranty, which was a valuable learning experience for me. Additionally, the French sales rep, McKenzie, was incredibly supportive and attentive to my needs. It's truly heartening to encounter such kindness and dedication in customer service. Old rant to archive: I have purchased products from McKenzie or any other branches. McKenzie was closed so I came here to talk about a faulty device which stopped charging in exactly 30 hours. After checking my own transactions, I also realized I was charged twice. However, I was simply refused to be helped and told to work it out with McKenzie store. I was also lied to that I can’t be helped after 24hrs of purchase when McKenzie store reviews claim that they have a 30 day in store return policy. Upon showing the review, I was told it is not on this device but other devices. It means if any of the branches get shut down, no other branch will help anyone out. Why even claim to be connected in the first place then, when they can’t show any professionalism and proper customer service?”
