I have never had a pharmacist who was so attentive to my needs. My prescriptions are done and ready to send before I realize it’s time. Very polite, professional and helpful. I’ve used the compound pharmacy too and that was great. Free delivery is just a bonus.

Do not bother going here if you are a walk in. Service is terrible, wait time is terrible and doctors do not help. I have gone twice now, both times not busy and had to wait a couple hours. Doctors spent 2 min with me only to say I was fine. Had to basically fight with them to get any sort of help. Wife brought my 4 and 6 year old that both had a bad cough and runny nose, ear aches, crying in pain. Waited 2.5 hours and still were not seen. Other walk ins came and went before they got looked at. Absolute terrible service. I will never go back.

This pharmacy and Scenic Acres Pharmacy are the best that I personally have ever dealt with. ImeldaWent above and beyond for my son and met us after hours. I don’t know what else you would call perfect customer service.

Changes hours whenever they want, Drove from out of town only to find out they closed almost two hours early. Walked right up to the front desk, Talked to the reception and even seen the doctor who prescribed me my ear drops the week before in the hall. Told them I was from out of town but still refused to take me at 7:36pm when they close at 9pm. Also their was no other patients waiting.

Recently visited the Universal Health Pharmacy at Ranchlands, NW, Calgary for Vaccines for Covid-19. Staff and pharmacists at the pharmacy are very friendly and knowledgeable. I was running late for the appointment but the pharmacist waited beyond 4:00 pm (their closing time on Sunday). Appreciate it very much for the contributions provided to the community. Thanks

My son was supposed to have his first covid shot tomorrow, but a neighbor told me that their grandson was supposed to have his yesterday and they did not have vaccine. My wife phoned the pharmacy and they confirmed that they did not have vaccine for tomorrow...we would not have know if she had not called. We gave up a long weekend because we thought he was going to have a shot.I had my first shot at that pharmacy but I will not even try to book my second knowing that there is no guarantee of getting a shot.All they had to do was contact us to let is know, but they didn`t.I will never go back there again.

Took time off of work this morning to get vaccinated because I called and booked in at 9am. When I arrived they told me I was not booked in and I had to book online for another day because they did not have enough vaccinations for me to get one. The lady at the front was very rude and not helpful. She would not book me in but kept telling me I had to online.Reply: Parag, I called in and you booked me for an appointment over the phone. When I arrived they said they over booked. When I asked to be rebooked they said to go online and complain to the “government”. Thanks for nothing. There is no way to book an appointment on line. Very unprofessional.

A family friend recommended this pharmacy. I went to get my covid vaccine shot. Parag was very helpful in explaining the procedure and any potential side effects. I hardly had to wait for a five minutes. I strongly recommend this pharmacy due to Parag's professional approach and being mindful of safety and health.

Ranchland Universal Health is one of the best pharmacy in Canada. The Pharmacist are always helpful and very professional as well as all other staff. Got the covid vaccination here. I booked the appointment on line. But it was pending status. but they called me and allotted me the time slot on same day, as soon as I went there, I got the dose without even waiting. Everything is done in 5 minutes. I highly appreciate and recommend them.Dhara is the girl's name who gave me the shot, I didn't feel any pain, what a smooth hand!!!
