Took my perfectly working phone to get the camera glass repaired as it broke during a flight i was on. They tell me they must order the part and they will call me in 4 to 5 business days. 2 weeks later i call them to see where the part is and oh look its here. I take it in and 2 hours later they tell me my phone is now totally broken as the motherboard is broken. They offer to fix it but i wouldn't trust them to even charge my phone at this point. He tells me that they will send me an email to follow the link to order a new phone. They cant even do that correctly so i go straight to Google to order my new phone. I informed Google about my experience too.

Had a headphone jack break while plugged into a kids phone. I went to uBreakFix and they had it out in 5 min. They didn't even charge me for the repair. Highly recommend this location for great service and integrity!

Went in for what I thought was a faulty charging port on my phone. Turns out there was a lot of lint and dust in there I couldn’t get with compressed air. They cleaned out the charging port for me free of charge and provided friendly service with a smile. Would highly recommend them for diagnostic services

I had a great experience at this location with Aman. He was super helpful and fixed my issue with my phone right away. He notified me that the company is now under new management and their customer service is definitely commendable. I would recommend this location to anyone who is having phone issues.

Offered excellent customer service. Ordered and received a replacement screen for my google pixel 6 pro in less than a week and replaced the screen with the installation of a screen protector in under an hour. Great experience!

Super helpful and friendly. I came in with a broken charging port on my phone, came in, and had the problem fixed within 5 minutes. Would definitely recommend. :)

Took my Xbox series X to them for a power supply replacement. Part was ordered overnight and the repair done the following morning. Excellent customer service!!

Very poor service… got screen replaced at this location for my daughter phone.Screen got separated from the phone body very next day and they refused to cover under warranty and asking for the full cost of the screen and repair.Very unprofessional…. Please avoid this location.

Took my elderly mother-in-law in as she can’t hear others on her old flip phone. Was treated with patience and respect, given replacement advice and cleaned phone for no charge. Excellent Service!
