“For those of you that live around the Calgary area you are extremely fortunate to have this shop in your back yard. I brought a truck up from Salt Lake City heading into Alaska and when I got to Calgary my filters were plugged on my DEF system and was worried about continuing, this was Sunday night, by noon onTuesday this shop had my truck back on the road and I took it into Alaska without any issues. “In May of 2012 I brought my Honda Ridgeline (2006) for an inspection. I purchased it 2nd hand and I was referred to John to inspect it. I will never forget his after inspection report and advice. He told me that the vehicle was maintained at such a high level that there was nothing wrong with it and it was as close to brand new as possible.
12 years later I only take it to John for many reasons. His shop rates are fare, his advice is direct and to the point and he always delivers!
It has also been nice to see that his son, Adamo, has come into the trade and brought some refreshed insight as a newly minted mechanic. Adamo brings a consistency with advice and delivers on the company promise.
Jodie is a great mechanic too! I am not out of luck if John or Adamo are not around. Jodie definitely can step up and make sure everything is taken care of without any issues at any time.
Concept Auto always delivers, makes sure I get the best bang for buck and literally takes your stress away. I have referred at least one new client a year in the past 12 years and there is a reason why all of us still return to Concept Auto!

“I need more than 5 Stars for this review, so, please, in your minds-eye, while you read this, add another star.
I hate the sound of metal-on-metal grinding, I hate it more when the sound is coming from the rear wheels of my car.
One day I released my parking brake and there was a CRUNNCHKkkLllsshh sound. Not good. I eased forward and gently applied my brakes only to hear the sound that can best be described as Satan playing "Reverse Industrial Mozart" at half-speed on a chalkboard with iron claws and the souls of the damned.
It was not okay.
I parked my car and called a priest. The priest wouldn't come near it, so I let it sit on the front street for a week. I didn't even want to leave the house, much less look at it.
Eventually I decided to call for some professional help and found Marty at Minit-Tune. Despite the fact my car was clearly a menace to the fabric of the Universe, he took it in and said it probably isn't as bad as I thought.
I couldn't say what happened up there at Minit-Tune. Was there a battle for the soul of the Universe? Did evil nearly concur good? Did Marty stand against a seething iniquitous demon hellbent on the destruction of our fair city—nay, the world—flaming torque-wrench held aloft?!?
We may never know.
What I do know is it was a "simple fix" that didn't drain my bank account, my car was back in a few days and drives like a dream.
Minit-Tune and Marty are miracle workers. Thanks!”
“My truck needed an AC recharge. Three other service depots had appointments available 8 to 14 days away. We were in the midst of a heat wave people! Wasi told me to bring it in in 2 hours!! I was quoted 200 to 225 to repair. Ended up at 300 as a result of additional parts required. Still blowing the coldest of air. Thanks fellows and I will be back for other repairs!”
