A lot of times the true measure of a business is how they handle potential problem. I had a courtesy vehicle booked but the previous client did not return the vehicle so the service advisor Reeve personally drove me back to my home. My vehicle came in slightly under the estimate and the cost saving was forwarded to me. On returning to the shop to pick up my vehicle I was sent a report by text letting me know who my tech was as well as the results of a complimentary comprehensive inspection.

“While the work done on my car was top notch I was not impressed by the way I found the interior. I did appreciate the fact that an effort was made to clean the mats and wipe down the interior but what I found was a greasy mess across the dash board, centre console, steering wheel, instrument display and windshield. I’ll be spending tomorrow cleaning it up. ”
