I walked into the store to drop off equipment that I've been carrying along with me for some time, and Jeff came to my immediate assistance. Although he couldn't take it back for me as this is the post office duty to do so, he wrapped up my equipment with bubble wrap and even taped the box for me so cause me less hassle when I was ent to the post office. Exceptional service with a smile.

I found Geoff to be very personable and well at his job. He was efficient with helping me on my physical SIM card. When Telus internet wasn't working, my process for purchase was smooth and seamless. You can tell he's a man who is dedicated to getting the job done then going out to enjoy his life activities. He even went above and beyond to contact telus and sort out some issues on my account that had taken my 3 times for me to do. Thanks man!

Geoff was awesome, answered my emails right away and answered all my questions I had. Phones came to us the next day after he has called and explained everything to me, love being able to deal with someone directly this way rather than through Telus, quicker and more efficient.
