I was there Sun Oct 13. The two young guys there and the seamstress were fantastic! They were a huge help, hemmed my pants right then, I couldn't have been more impressed or happier. Very nicely done, all!

Rob and Tom helped five of us getting ready for a wedding. We felt good, looked good, they got us our alterations in time, and we all felt amazing! Best location for suits I've ever been to.

Terrible experience at this Tiptop location. I went to get my suit jack altered, and when I went to pick it up they said that they had “lost my jacket”. They accidentally put my jacket with its tags and pins back onto the floor after I got fitted and someone else had bought it. When I was getting fitted to order the replacement jacket, they gave me the wrong style of jacket. I had to point out that the new jacket does not look right.
Ridiculous lack of attention to detail.

Brutal costumer service. I was asking for a shirt to one of the ladies in store, but she cut me off once a former employee walked in. They started chatting and completely ignored me. One of many bad experiences in this store.

0/10 at best for answering the phone. It’s embarrassing how many times I have tried to call and there is no answer. Very frustrating when we are getting married in 3 weeks.

Bad attitude from staff when I returned an item and even when I was going to purchase another. I am a regular client at Tip Top Market Mall, Crossiron and Sunridge. After I returned 1 item the staff didn't bother helping me buy a suit. Kept ignoring when I asked help. 2 employees were busy with a vendor and then the 3rd one joined them as well. I have bought many things from here many times but my last visit will be my last at their market mall location.
Editing my comment after reading other reviews: felt discrimination by the staff. Also, the item I returned was in proper packing and never been opened or used at all.

Had a great experience today with Robina after being disappointed with the service we received at Moores.
She was efficient and knew exact sizes without even having to measure. Very friendly as well. Definitely will return!
(Their color selection was also a lot nicer)

They advertise wedding packages but didn’t have more than 2 of anything (I have 4 groomsman). They told me they weren’t sure if they could even order anything in time for my wedding that is 4 months out.
