The entire team at Thomas Jeffery is outstanding. I went there to get myself and my best man a suit for my upcoming wedding and the service, knowledge, and attention to detail was outstanding. I had complete faith in their advice, measurements, and guidance. Very highly recommend!

I bought a very nice made-to-measure suit at the previous location (SouthCentre) a couple of years ago. Robyn gave me excellent service. It was very difficult to fit me, and another sales guy did a very careful job of measuring me up. I have been very pleased with the suit.I asked about a possible future need for alterations, because my weight varies from time to time. He assured me that alterations would be free, and it wouldn't matter when. I said, "Hey, that's great. What if I lost a lot of weight?" He said, "Sure, no problem." I found this very surprising, so I inquired further. I asked, "Seriously? What if I lost 100 pounds?" He assured me that even though it would be difficult, it would still be free.So a few months later, I was diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes. My doctor put me on a mild medication, and suddenly all the efforts I had been making to lose weight started working. I lost 90 pounds. So today, I took the suit in to the Kingsland Village store. I recognized the gent who helped me today, he has helped me before, specifically when I bought my suit. So I asked him about altering my suit. He told me it can't be done. I told him I had absolutely been assured that it would be done. He reiterated, saying it was impossible, and was giving me a look, like he was wondering why I could possibly think it could be done. So I asked him why his staff members would promise this to me. He stayed away from acknowledging this, just reiterating that it can't be done, and giving me a look as if I'm being unreasonable. Does he think I'm lying to him? Does he think I'm just trying to get something for free? So I suggested that he make sure all the staff members know enough not to make such a promise. He agreed, and I went on my way.I can't help the feeling that he thinks I'm either lying, or nuts. I really want some kind of appropriate response.

I was amazed with the knowledge of the salesman "Tim". I'm not easy to fit, but Tim was able to find my size in a shirt and suit with the very first try. The price is good for the higher quality suits. I want to make this my store even though I live 1300 km away.

I've been buying my work wardrobe mostly from Thomas Jeffery for at least 15 years now (since they were in their original location at Southcentre Mall). These guys are friendly, helpful, and don't judge a guy who might be a wee bit colour blind. They are certainly more expensive than what you'll find at The Bay or Tip Top, but the quality, service, and attention to detail is absolutely worth it.The dress pants that they have sold me in the past usually last at least 5-8 years. I've yet to make a purchase at this store that I regretted later. I try not to go in unless I have the money to spend, because there is always something that I like in there, that will also bring my wardrobe a little more up-to-date.As mentioned in other posts, the staff are awesome. I can walk into the store, and they know my name, they know my size without checking the computer, and they are more than willing to educate me on what goes with what (see the colour blind comment earlier!) Thanks guys for a great experience every time.

Came in to look for a suit for my fiance and Len was so helpful. He knew his sizes without measuring and was just a sweet man. Didnt buy anything today but we will be back before the wedding. 5 stars for Len! Amazing customer service and just a sweet man.
