Beautiful room and very friendly service. I loved the small, meaningful details like the robe in the room and the comfortable bed with essential oils to help sleeping. The check-in process was smooth and the gentleman was friendly. The shuttle driver was very nice but the shuttle is small and books quickly. Lots of a amenities like a bar, pool and gym. Beautiful decor in the lobby. I would recommend in a heartbeat.

On our 50th wedding anniversary, we opted to stay at The Westin calgary Airport Hote. From the delightful check-in experience with the gracious Bhakti, to Ajinkya assisting us in securing the finest room and capturing memorable pictures for us our stay was off to a splendid start. The restaurant team provided exceptional service, offering a fantastic breakfast spread with a wide variety of delicious options. Ash Tom's hospitality was truly commendable. Additionally, we hosted a small party in one of their conference halls, thanks to Ms. Stacy Erin, who efficiently arranged the venue for us. Rooms were clean well maintained upto the mark. Also kudos to Nelson,Ashwin,Gaga, Andrew, Sid thank you so much guys for making our day so special.Our family was thoroughly pleased with the arrangements made.

Room was quiet and clean. I didn't spend a lot of time there, but seemed solid and decent aesthetic. Gym seemed nice.Service was overall great. Everyone was very friendly, in particular the bartender at the lounge and the shuttle drivers. I went back and forth from the airport for a week and the 10min drive was no problem. However, the shuttle was a minivan, so it got over booked several times at certain hours. They could use a look at the scheduling.

A very nice clean hotel with the classical Weston touches (bathrobes, lavender oil, comfy beds). The living wall is beautiful. Gym is well equipped with refreshing towels and water bottles.The following negative feedback is for the airport transfer experience. We took the taxi to the airport instead of the shuttle (it was full and we could not wait to leave later). The front desk was very prompt to organize the taxi but the driver was rude. He complained the whole 5 minute ride to the airport. He also stated that tips are expected. So he did not load my bags into the trunk since he was too busy arguing with the front desk and another taxi driver who showed up for the call. I loaded all of our bags at the hotel and most of them at the airport (he unloaded 1 bag). At this rate if the shuttle is not available, just take an Uber. At least you will get some service and not rude attitude.

I have stayed here in the past and stayed here just the other week due to a “late Sunday night flight connection cancellation”.At the time, I was supposed to be connecting to a different city but didn’t due to a connection cancellation. WestJet “normally” should provide details on hotels, etc.However, on this night I found myself mid-night on Sunday trying to find a hotel to stay while sitting a the Calgary airport.I had tried to call this Westin a bunch of times but nobody answered… I assume this was because there were a bunch of other delayed flights. Annoyed, I took a gamble a took a cab to this Westin with back up plans to go to other hotels if there wasn’t any availability when I walked into the hotel.When I walked in, I asked the front desk if they had a room available (at this point it was like 1:30am in the morning). At first, I was told there are no rooms available but fortunately had the cab waiting in the parking lot so I went back out to the cab.As I did this, I was chased by an individual saying they could find a room for me so I came back in and I was offered a couple different rooms.I end up getting a great room and was happy as I was exhausted. On a side note, I do have a corporate rate and although I’m not sure if I got my corporate rate I ended up spending like $229 plus tax for the night…Later finding out that WestJet would cover $199 for the night.I did receive good service from the hotel in the end as customer service rep: Vitalis helped me out while the room I slept in was covered and the bed was wonderful plus there was nice natural light so I have no complaints and I received good service in the end.

Do not go there especially if you are stuck at airport, find some other hotel.My flight at Calgary airport was delayed and then canceled after spending several hours at the airport. I contacted the Westin hotel, and they quoted a rate of $169 over the phone. Upon arrival, the check-in lady refused the quoted rate, seemingly wanting to charge me more as a stranded airport passenger. Exhausted, I accepted $229 and went straight to bed without using the washroom. The next morning, I discovered the toilet wasn't working. Numerous attempts to contact the hotel by phone went unanswered. I submitted a complaint to Marriott, and they stated that only the hotel management can resolve it. However, the hotel management is currently not responsive, and they have not refunded me. It has been two months and they have not returned my money not even tried to resolve the issue.

I had a great time visiting The Westin. My aunt had a meeting and I took in the amenities and I enjoyed my stay very much!Noteworthy details: I enjoyed the Keyboard player that played that night in the hotel.

Worst and most expensive experience I’ve ever had staying at a hotel. Charging customers $4.20 for a can of pop because they don’t provide vending machines and changing the price of the room after confirmation price after online registration. Had to park in the field along with approximately 50 vehicles behind the hotel because parking lot was full. Check in staff was rude. Buffet breakfast was costly also.Safety: Over 300 people in the lobby waiting to get into the conference room for roughly 2 hrs with alcoholic beverages. Could barely get to the elevator then to ride up to my floor shared an elevator with customers with alcoholic beverages.

I stay at this hotel on a regular basis, and the staff are excellent and always helpful. Snehal & Bhakti on the front desk are always helpful and go extra mile to make sure that our stay is comfortable. I would also like to name Gagan who always greets us with a smile, and tries her best to make her stay pleasant and enjoyable.The hotel is very close to the airport and is at a great location. You guys are a great team and I love to see you guys at the check-in every time I stay here

Today I was not feeling well and Gage, Snehal, and Basil helped me. It was very nice to have people to help in a time of need. They were very suppportive of meeting my needs and making sure i was okay.Rooms: Beautiful and comfySafety: Great area and staff

My flight was cancelled and then I got moved to another which was then delayed so I had to stay at the Westin. When I was checking in, they had asked me when my flight was the next day and I let them know that it’s in the evening so I would need a shuttle back to the airport at 4:30PM. I specifically remember the front desk asking me if my flight was in the evening or morning so I said evening and he confirmed with me that he does have it down for evening. Also, I spent then next 10-15 mins talking to him about a late check out and working remotely at the hotel in which he didn’t quite help me with. The next morning, the hotel wake up call feature goes off a couple of times and I had to call front desk to make it stop. He told me he thought my flight was in the morning but that does not make any sense because I spent 10-15 mins talking to him about a late check out and working remotely at the hotel until my flight in the evening.I normally would be okay with this but after coming back late at night with my flight cancelled and delayed and then moved to other flights makes the situation really frustrating and this really disrupted my sleep. I had requested only 30 more minutes of a late check out because of my work but even then they can’t offer me this.

We were going to fly out to Las Vegas on Sunday morning so we checked in on Saturday February 10 and the front desk lady Gagan was so helpful and friendly!! She informed me about the shuttle we were able to keep our truck here instead of park &Jet. Great service definitely coming back !!
