Ordered Apple Watch online for pick up from this store but they tried to sell me open box item. (Cable was all messed up and looks like it’s been used) They claim it’s their policy to resell returned Apple Watch as new product to new customers.

The two guys PARKER and SUE were really helpful,professional and polite. They walked me through all the plans and picked the perfect plan for me with very clear explanations.
